Aiden & Lucas are too cute!!
It's HARD to get good pics of toddlers running through the night. We don't have a lens that does very well at night. Here's the best we could do to capture the costumed cuteness.
Here they are freshly costumed at Leigh's house.
I drilled them on the Trick or Treat routine for a good 10 minutes before we left. They had it down ... or so I thought.
We didn't get any good pics of Rowan's entire costume. It was freaking adorable! The only way to have gotten a good pic of the tail would have been to snap one while Rowan clinged to Sara.
At the first house, all three girls knocked then proceeded to enter the house. I guess the drilling didn't take.
The only evidence that T's costume lights up.

Oh my goodness, Janice--I didn't see your pics earlier. SO FREAKING CUTE!!!
I just very carefully shaved it down with a paring knife, but it was definitely not the best way to do it. I think an old fashioned potato peeler, with the sharp end you can use to scoop out the eyes would have worked much better (using the tip for edges and detail work, and the potato peeler part for the big sections, but ours is all big and plastic and I couldn't even touch the surface with it because the safety guards were in the way. I'm going to hunt one down for next year.
Erin, those pictures are great!!! The girls look so cute. That's crazy that they were trying to go in the houses.![]()
Addy kept talking about going in houses all week, so I was nervous, but when it came right down to it, Rowan was mostly the one all "show me the way to your toys, strangers."![]()
