    Default Spa Day - OT

My Mom is coming to town next week! We're going to take a Spa day on Wednesday. Lil' T will go to daycare and Momma and Grand Momma are gettin' a rub down! DH gave me a gift certificate for a massage for CHRISTMAS and I haven't used it yet! I'm thinking of an hour long massage, pedicure, and a haircut (it's also a salon). We'll of course have to go out for lunch and get a nice bottle of wine. Should we do lunch and wine before or after our rub down? I was thinking after so I'm not super full during the massage. What do you ladies think?

I would go for lunch after, I have never had a massage but I imagine having one with a full stomach might not be the most comfortable and relaxing time. Have a great day and enjoy yourself.

Ooohh, I wonder if they'll let us bring in a bottle of wine! I've done that before and it's loads of fun to get a massage and then sip wine while getting a pedicure!

Do the spa time before lunch. I've sat through a hair appt with a full bladder of wine and it's not fun! I can imagine it's definitely not cool going through a massage with a full bladder and belly.

My cousin always has beer in the fridge at her salon. I love those girls!

I would also say spa first then lunch. Wine with the pedi would be wonderful!! Alot of places have alcohol on hand, so if they won't let you bring it in, they should provide some to you. Have a great time!!

Sounds wonderful! Yep, spa with wine, then lunch. I think the only way it good get better: do you have time for a nap after lunch?

I have a gift certificate for a spa from Christmas too. I better just take a day off a work and use it!
