Thread: The sweet and the sour (xp, loss ment)

On the sweet...My Emma is six months old. Time passes too quickly. She had her check-up today and we officially have 16.2lbs and 27" of diva on our hands. She is doing great!

On the sour...I lost the baby. I feel God called his angel back, just for a little while, until he feels we are truly ready. I take comfort in that thought. Bri and I know that we want one last little one, but don't plan to TTC for another 1-2 years. We will see our angel again.

So sorry to hear about your loss. You are right, though! You WILL see that baby someday. I just read a fantastic book called Heaven is For Real, and it mentions this very thing in the story. I will pray for your continued comfort, my dear.

And on the sweet note, yay for a big, healthy girl! Happy 6 months!
