Weight Loss updates!

Just curious as to how it goes ladies??

I was doing okay. When I started running in March, I noticed I lost about 5lbs in May/June.

I went to the gym the other day and gained 3lbs back.. Im sooo hoping that it was random/water/something other than me being a piggie weight..

Im still up 8-10lbs from prepregnancy but I need to lose at least 18-20 to get back to me being able to wear my old clothes..

I am down about 33lbs from pre pregnancy weight and about 55lbs from my highest pregnancy weight. I want to lose another 3ish lbs to reach a nice even number (well in kgs anyway, it would make me 65kgs), right now I am hovering around 146lbs.

ummm i am down 1.5 pounds from feb. i just started a biggest loser challenge on another board so i hope that helps. i am 178.5 13.5 away from pp weight

Before I went home a month ago I was at 139 (pp I was 136, at delivery I was 176). Despite enjoying Chick-fil-a one too many times, I managed to come back at only 142. lol. I don't think I'll see 136 ever again....at least not while my used to be B's are enjoying their DD status. Lol

Way to go Wendy!! You should post some pics of your weight loss to inspire the rest of us (and to show off your hot bod ;)).

My weight's been pretty static for about the past 8 months. I was 129 pre-P, 161 at delivery, and 136 a month or so PP. That's where I've been ever since. It's the weight my body has always been happy with when I'm eating right and doing minimal exercise so I don't feel like my pregnancy is what caused the weight gain. It's the upper limit of my happy zone so I don't feel too motivated to do anything about it. I'd like to get back down to my pre-P weight before I get pregnant again. I liked having a 7 lb cushion IYKWIM ;). It'll be easier once Teagan is down to morning and night nursing because as it is I can't get an afternoon ride (or gym session) in and be home in time for nursie nursies.

I don't have a lot of photos of me, and I certainly don't have a hot bod, I still feel quite fat and lumpy most of the time.

Woo hooo, look at you hot mama! You are not lumpy in the slightest.

down 34lbs from my pre-preg weight. Didn't gain anything really during pregnancy and nursing has been crazy good and keeping the weight off. I was holding on to a few extra pounds before I got preg. with DS2 also. I still think I need to exercise more and I'd be happy to take off another 5-10lbs to be back to my early college years weight. Don't think that will happen until I start moving more though.

I got a little paniced the other day as I gained, kid you not, 10lbs within a week before getting my first PP period. It must have been some serious water weight and hormal stuff cause it went back to normal after my period was over and it didn't look like I had gained 10lbs anywhere. So odd.

I am at 159 which is 12 lbs lower than pre preggo. Another 12 lbs and ill be ok. But i have zero motivation...

I was about 125lbs before getting pregnant, can't recall my last weigh in before I had Sophie but at my 6w pp appt I was sitting at 145... Weighed myself last week, and I'm now at 136! Almost down 10lbs!! I really really want to try to get to 130; maybe even 128 if I can... Really I need to get toned, that's my issue, I have some lose fitting skin I need to firm up... It's totally gross naked Sad

I started at 206 a week before I delivered...I am down to 134.2 . I would like to loose more...but my body is like "NO!"...I still don't feel skinny...blah!

2 years ago at a friends wedding, I was the same size just before I fell pregnant as well, just don't have any photos ( I am terrible at getting phoyos of me)


Taken today, don't mind the messy bed, I am about to change the sheets so didn't bother tidying it this morning

I'm fat...I have no motivation to do anything about it. Sorry to be Debbie downer....for some reason I just can't find the motivation. Sad I"m pathetic.

Laurene, remember that I don't work. Or have a houseful of kids! Instead while I hang diapers out to dry I stare at the 22 year old wives I'm surrounded by who work out 2-3 hours a day and wear a size 2. Yeah, this place isn't normal but it's a good motivator so that I'm not the frumpy wife come DH's graduation in 2.5 months. Cause we've got drop night, graduation, formal dinner, and more to look all perfect for. *sigh*

You know what makes me sad!! To realize that a few years ago I was looking pretty good, but at the time I thought I was overweight, and now looking back I was not overweight. Im overweight now..ugggh!

yes!! this!!!! when i was 150 i thought i was fat. then when i was 165 i thought i was fatter!!! now i wish i was 165 again Blum 3 actually according to my bmi, i am considered obese:eek:

Me too! I never appreciated what I had back in the day. Sad Plus, I didn't have stretch marks.

I gain a lot in pregnancy. I lost 30 lbs of it quickly. Then I started weight watchers in February and I have lost 18 lbs. I've been so slow at it and reckless. Nursing has been my saving grace.

I need to lose another 12 lbs to get to pp weight and then another 10 lbs to get to pp #1 weight.

I need an event to get me motivated. That's when I do my best.
