Awesome job, Anna! A sleeping Kole = success. That's great that job opportunities are available for you. I totally agree that starting Monday would be freaking impossible.

Leigh, in addition to BCPs making me a complete nut job, I hated having to remember them every damn day. I can't imagine having to remember them every day now that T's in the mix. Gosh, I barely remember to get dressed in the morning. There's always our back up plan ... abstinence. Though we've been putting in *effort* to fix that little marriage glitch. DH is determined to get some fun in before I get PG and overrun with morning sickness.

My "alarm clock" didn't get up this morning. I woke up in a panic around 7am and had to do a breathing check. We went to the big kid playground at the central park in Tucson last night and T busted out some craziness. I guess it tuckered her out. She was not pleased to get up this morning. She even crawled out of bed, put her humidifier (white noise) back on and pointed at the binds and said "Down! Night Night!" Haha! It felt good to wake her up for once.

Anna, congrats on the job, even if it's something that won't work out now.

You ladies have so much information on baby wearing and all the wraps and everything out there. I know I want to wear the next one more, but it seems so overwhelming, I don't know where I would start. When the time comes, I may have to start an advice thread for that and check out the board.

Leigh, that is just so sweet. I bet it did melt your heart.

Stacy, just ask and we shall pass on all the best info. It seems overwhelming (like CDing) at first but its really just a personal preference thing and there are lots of solutions that work. We can tell you which ones to AVOID and where to get the best of the good kinds.

It really makes me feel better to know that I'm not the only one with that backup plan...although my DH too has other ideas. Once my body decides to stop messing with me, I'm thinking I might do the Nuva ring again. DH doesn't like it, but it's about my only option left before trying the copper IUD, and I just don't want to go down that road again until we've made our "decision" next year.

HA! I love it!! The closest Addy has ever come to actually asking to go to bed is lolling her head and saying "I a sleepyhead" (which she does relatively often now)...but if I offer actually lying down and napping, she always refuses. Sleeping past 5:00 more than once in a blue moon is still a pipe dream.....someday.....

Stacy, we will be MORE than happy to overwhelm you with opinions and knowledge on BW when the time comes. Could you ever doubt it?

    That sounds wonderful!! Thank you!

On a different note, I had a frenectomy done this morning. What is that you ask? The little piece of skin that connects your bottom lip to the bottom gum, right under the front two bottom teeth is the part....apparently mine is a little deformed or something and pulls the skin down under my tooth. He said it was either that or a skin graft when the roots started showing. Anyways, it was a little crazy watching the dentist snip away in my mouth with scissors. And it's a little sore today, I can't laugh without wanting to cry. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to the mechanic when I go to the dentist. It's like there is always work to be done. Oh well, at least there are teeth in my mouth to work with. I'm sure no one was dying to know that, but there it is anyways.

I could never doubt it. I'm sure I could make make a small volumed encyclopedia set with the information you ladies could give me.

Yikes! My mom had that done when she was a kid (on the top, I think) so I actually did know what it was. But that's where I stop wanting to think about it.

I hope it heals quickly! Mouths generally do, but at the same time we use them so much that it's hard to avoid pain in the meantime...

I'm sure it will. Although it did freak me out a bit when he gave me his cell # "just in case I had to get in touch with him because of problems with it." That didn't leave me with a warm fuzzy kind of feeling.

I could've gone the day without hearing that, Stacy. I'm a bit of a dento-phobe. Thanks. Now I'm going to have nightmares.

I'm picking the "theme" for a powerpoint presentation I'm making. Always the best part!
