Oh yeah! You guys!!! ADAIR'S STOOL IS DONE! You know the mythical stool that Erin's DH was making for her birthday (...in July ;))? READY!!! It's absolutely gorgeous, too. Our house is all aflutter with anticipation :p Hopefully they remember to bring it to school today...
Erin, I hope this means yours is next?
Stool is sitting on the kitchen table ready to put into the car! I'm so not getting mine until at least February.
Well hey, February is not all that far away...and at least you know you'll eventually have a second little person to get even more use out of it :)
Hi Becca!!!! I'm so glad your here with us ((hugs)).
I saw stools on zulily yesterday and thought of you all :)
I have a few left that expire in April. Assuming I can find them in the hell hole I call a bedroom and bathroom.

I ended up getting myself and Zoe ready (we went to a Scentsy party this morning lol) with Aiden's "help" because apparently neither one of my parents can manage to get out of bed before 9am. Some help, huh? At least the party was fun and Zoe was fantastic as always.
Oh and she only got up once last night. She's the complete opposite of Aiden in the sleep department so far. Hope this keeps up, but I won't hold my breath.
Janice, I hope you are feeling better.
Erin, a big congrats to you again!!
Leigh, glad you and Erin got your decorations up.
Anna, how exciting that your moving day is coming up. I bet you are so excited, getting to decorate a new place.
Jackie, glad you got to get out for a scentsy party. That is crazy that your mom isn't helping. I hope she comes around.
Sorry if I forgot someone, I just caught up quickly at work.
We had a very low key weekend. Finally. Put up some more decorations and wrapped presents. Evan likes to use the paper rolls as swords and blast everything. I started coming down with a nasty cold yesterday, boo, but thankfully don't feel too bad. That gives me a change to enjoy all the nausea that I've had today. WooHoo!! We took Evan to his two year check up today (late, I know). He is about 28 lbs and 34 inches. I'm saying about, because he did not like the scale/measure area at all and acted like a crazy kid.
This. This is my exact nightmare. At least you shouldn't have to be dealing with it right now with your parents here to "help"!!! Argh. And SUPER happy for you that Zoe's such a good sleeper and mellow, happy baby! That part is pretty much the dream :D

Thanks, Leigh, me too. The nausea isn't as bad this time around as it was with Evan. But on days that it shows, look out. Yesterday and today seem like a look out kind of day. Hope it is not deciding to start.
Wow, I would be really frustrated Jackie, sorry your parents aren't being much help. Nothing worse than having unhelpful guests when dealing with a newborn.
Stacy, I hope you kick the cold quickly. Its bad enough just dealing with the nausea during pregnancy. Hopefully that will go away quickly too, m/s is the worst.
