Words!

So DS does not have a large amount of words in his vocab, he understands sooo much its hard to understand how he doesnt know all these words. but this week he added 4 new words which is HUGE! I am so excited it seems like something is clearly clicking for him or he finally feels ready to talk. I wanted to share as I am so darn excited!!!! Today he said: Its Cool!

That's awesome! Addy has always been pretty good with words but we just hit that crazy language explosion too. Isn't it FUN?? I think this age is officially the best Biggrin

I love it when Lexi says new things! Last week DH lost his voice and he was trying to ask her if she was hungry and she said "Daddy, I cant hear you" and she ended up walking up to him and putting her ear up by his mouth! lol I love this age bc they are constantly doing new things!

Yay! I have one very verbal one (Abram), and one not so verbal. In the last few weeks Wyatt has started saying a lot more. It is hard when you know they are trying to tell you something but they just cannot get it out. Interestingly enough, I think Wyatt understands more than Abram. Today I was trying to tell Abram his toy was under the Lazyboy chair, I have reviewed over and over what the lazyboy is, but he just was wandering around laughing, trying to find the chair. Wyatt walked right to it and got the toy. Wyatt usually understands the prepositions better than Abram does.

That is very COOL! (hahah).

Colin came up with 2 new ones yesterday, I was so thrilled: Higher (he was on the swing and heard someone else say it) and Heather (his aunt's name). I love the emphasis on the H...so intentional!

Everything else sounds like dada (Georgia and Dada sound a lot a like, which can be very confusing) or socks (socks, shoes, su-su).
