Abdominal muscles

Anyone else feel like their abdominal muscles are going to give out? I don't know if it's because of m previous c-section or what but man. Ever since 12 weeks or so I've been dealing with this aching. I've been saying for awhile that I'm going to get a maternity belt and I haven't but this time I'm for real!

I am not sure I have any abdominal muscles left, LOL. I think they've turned to mush after two close pregnancies and now a third.

Yep, I know ya'll have to get tired of me complaining about it but it's sooo very uncomfy. I had two close pregnancies and bigger babies so I think that's the cause of mine, even though this baby was spaced out better, the damage had been done with my last and I didn't do any sort of excercise, besides walking, to help it. I WILL be doing some abdominal excersises after this baby! I tried a support belt but it did nothing for me. Beee Maybe I was trying it on wrong???

I will say that this pregnancy is actually better than my 2nd. I was in much better shape when I got pregnant (was doing crunches/ab/pelvic floor exercises every day) and my body had a little more time to return to normal. My 2nd pregnancy was pretty painful and I carried really low making it even worse.
I never got much relief from my maternity support belt either.

I feel stretched to the limit sometimes also. I did workout a little before I got pregnant. Don't know if it made a difference.
