Seems like the past week or so I've not been able to fall asleep. That or I wake up in the middle of the night to either pee or change positions for the millionth time and I'm unable to fall back asleep. Grrrr. This sucks! And I know tomorrow around 10 o'clock I'm going to be draaaaaaaaaaaaaaging.
Any advice on how to stop this? I'm not a warm milk kind of gal but I guess I could pick up some tea or something.
