I've never used washable ones, but I will be interested to see what everyone else says. I am hoping to use Lilypadz this time around.

I just used the Lansinoh re-usable breast pads (I used their disposables during the first 3 months my DD was born because I leaked constantly then). I always wear/wore padded bras anyway, so you certainly could not see them through my bra or anything. I never "shopped around" though. I needed them, that's what they ha at the store, they worked, so I let it be. Wink

I loved the LilyPadz but I'm not sure I'd use them on a regular basis. Mine only lasted a month each pair.
I used Lansinoh disposable pads with all of my kids so far, I'll have to check out the reusable ones. I am pretty sure I'm going to order the Knickernappies ones though, they have a PUL waterproof layer which was my issue with reusables in the past, they'd soak through and leak fairly quickly

I have been using Lily Padz here and there, really like them. For disposables I like the Lasinoh brand. I also have some reusable fabric ones that I have been using but some really like them much, they are flat so they fold and then its irritating. I think I am going to make, should be simple and make them contoured too, I have so much scrap fabric to use anyways.

This is kinda weird, but has anyone heard of a leak guard that hold the milk for storage later? I can't remember the name of them, but I've thought about it.

I really like the Medela disposable pads. I tried some cloth ones (don't remember what brand) and found them really bulky and I felt like they made my bra look lumpy. I also leaked through them so I just stuck with disposables. The Medela brand were the first ones I tried (came with my pump) and never tried any others.

Wish I could offer a suggestion but I haven't had any leakage yet. I am curious though....when does it start?

I didn't know what they were called, but yeah... I was thinking about those.. .I mean I leaked allot when I would attempt to bf, the other boob went crazy with leakage. So I thought it would be good for BFing. Do you know anyone who's used them?
