How many kids are in teh "plan"? - at LEAST 3. we still have the idea of 4 out there, but we are playing it by ear and seeing how we do with 3. Smile

Did you come from a big family or a small family? I have a big extended family which used to be really close - but now that all of the cousins are older, everybody is kinda doing their own thing right now. I have one younger brother and my immediate family is super close still. We eat dinner at my parents once a week. As an extended family, we still get together for major holidays. My hubby and I had talked about doing a dinner at our house once a month with the cousins, but I haven't had the energy just yet. Smile

Do you cook or your husband? - depends actually. He is more than willing to cook, and definitely does about half the time! I'd MUCH rather bake, but I do still cook .

Favorite place you've ever been? - I would say St. Lucia. We went there on our honeymoon and it was AMAZING! I'd love to go back...or at least go somewhere tropical! I'm a beach goer and would live someplace tropical if the logistics worked.
Baby product you can't live without? - There isn't really anything right now...but when our little guy was small - we seriously couldn't have survived without his jumperoo! He loved that thing and it kept him busy for a long time!
We went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon too to one of the Sandals. Went to the newest one, Sandals Grande maybe (drawing a blank on its name). it was awesome.

What do you like to bake? Any good recipes to share?

What do you like to bake? Any good recipes to share? I seriously love to bake anything! I used to decorate cakes, but now with the little guy and being pregnant again, I don't do hardly any. I'll bake just about anything - cookies, muffins, cakes. I've started getting into the candy. Seriously the best recipe ever:
1 box brownie mix
1/4 c butter, melted
4 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 c powdered sugar
1 c peanut butter
chocolate frosting

Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, beat brownie mix, melted butter, cream cheese and egg 50 strokes with spoon until well blended (dough will be sticky).

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets to make cookies; smooth edge of each to form round cookie.

In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and peanut butter with spoon until mixture forms a ball. With hands, roll rounded peanut butter mixture into balls. Lightly press 1 ball into center of each ball of dough.

Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on cookie sheets. Definitely don't overbake them. They are better undercooked, than overcooked.

Remove from cookie sheets. Spread layer of frosting over each cooled cookie. I really load it on...but I put a lot of the peanut butter on each cookie.

These are the easiest cookies to make, and they are ALWAYS a huge hit! I have a million other recipes I like to make including one for muffins thats amazing!

What is your favorite food? Ooooo - this is a tough one! Ummm...I guess if I had to go with just ONE thing...it would have to be Pizza. My favorite type of food is probably a toss-up between Italian and Mexican!

Any serious food cravings with this pg? So far, I've had a MAJOR craving for vinegar (which lasted a couple of weeks) so I pretty much lived on salad (well, lettuce) and some oil/vinegar dressing. Lately its been chocolate.

What kind of car do you drive? I have a volvo s60 that is in SERIOUS need of replacing. We had a tough time fitting one car seat in there while it was backwards, and now with 2 seats (one being backwards again), we are gonna be super crammed for space! We are looking to upgrade to the s80 since its WAY bigger, but we aren't finding much Sad

I really like making Mexican Lasagna since its so easy - but I really like making Lasagna because I seriously LOVE lasagna! Takes longer obviously...but I'd rather eat that over Mexican lasagan.

What holiday is your favorite and why? I'm a big fan of almost every Holiday...I don't know if I could pick just ONE. I love Christmas because its just such a happy, festive time and I'm hoping that my little guy will be able to help decorate sugar cookies with me. We color eggs every year (even before we had kids). Every Halloween we have a 'carve-off' competition and all of my cousins come over to our house and we carve pumpkins and then vote on them. July 4th is awesome because of the fireworks and its summer Smile I guess the only holiday's I don't really like are St. Patricks day and Labor Day.

We saw it a LOOOONG time ago in the theaters and we loved it! I would watch it a million times! My favorite movie recently has got to be Remember Me - SOOOOO good!! Smile But I really like 500 Days of Summer, The Social Network, Inception....

Where do you want your next family vacation to be? Well - our next family vacation is actually coming up soon! And I'm TOTALLY excited! After that one, I'd love to go somewhere beachy. I'd love to go somewhere tropical, like Barbados! But, I'd take a trip to a beach in SC or NC too Smile

I'd recommend Garden City in SC. its south of mytrle by about 30 minutes, so you can get there if you want to. but garden city is quiet and very family oriented. there are restaraunts and a few places to go. its fun with the tide pools for the kdis to play in. we love it there.
