I agree with Daphne. My cousin just had one, she didn't eat well with her gestational diabetes and they had to take the baby at 37 weeks, he weighed over 9 lbs. and had tons of trouble breathing and with his blood sugar levels. He was the biggest baby in the NICU for a few weeks.
