LOL had quite the day so far. Get to the hospital with a FULL bladder. waited and waited until the receptionist walked by and she saw me doing the pee pee dance. She came back a few minutes later and told me to pee, she called the tech and he said im far enough along that i dont need a full badder. WHEW! i felt much better. Tech came a few minutes later, we grabed hubbie and i told him first thing i wanted to know the gender. the first 20 minutes i saw nothing but my DH watching the screen while the tech took measurements. that was tough to sit through. so finally, the screen turned towards me and i saw my LO. AWWW! HB was 144 and do have an anterior placenta (the placenta in in the front of my uterus). baby would not cooperate at first, so tech had me pee again and told me to walk around the room for a bit to see if baby flipped. so we skimmed the "goods" area again, we thought we knew the gender, but tech wasnt 100% convinced as sometimes the babies play tricks. so the end, we were left with "well, i think its a girl, not sure"..i was unhappy, but this guy REALLY looked! so he left us in the room, he went to see the raiologistic (spelling, i know).he came back in 20 minutes later and said that he needed more shots. well, this time the baby had flipped and we got the money shot!! GIRL!! 110% positive!! I teared up with joy..hubbie looked proud!
Now i can shop and plan, and make PINK icing for the gender reveal party on Sunday!
