Weird Pains after C-section

So ocationally I'll move and get a burning hot sensation near my c-section incision but its not on it. The incision itself isn't infected or oozing/bloody. And it seems completely random and it HURTS. I don't have my check up till the 18th, should I call my OB or is this normal? I didn't have it with my first c-section. Does scar tissue hurt? Very annoying. I'm still taking two Motrin a day for pain, but it doesn't help with the weird burning pains I get.

I get those too. About an inch from the actual incision. It's like a sharp pin prick, and lasts several seconds. We also have internal stitches, and that's what I just assumed it was.

Lurking

My incision would start to burn really bad if I stood or walked too much. I think they told me that was to be expected. If it gets too bothersome I'd just call and see if they want to recommend anything.

Mine did that too last time. They told me it was internal stitches and nerve pain since the nerves all along there were cut. I actually still have the sharp burning pain inside more then 2 years later which is weird bc it's numb on the outside! Strange!

Yep totally normally. I just started having pain like that yesterday, just on one side near my incision. If you think about it they not only cut us open but really disturbed everything inside, moving it around, tugging, pulling, its not surprising that it hurts like that. The dissolving stitches will cause pain like that too and the probably aren't directly along the scar line, since things shift around.

When mine was infected it got really red, I had a low grade fever, 100 I believe...within a few days it got goopey then split so if u aren't noticing any of that with it I would think ur ok.
