Who's with me?

Ok ladies - I know its still fairly early since technically we still have about a month and a half to two months left...but I'm pretty much over being preggo! I'm pretty sure (and so incredibly hoping) that I'll go at the end of July, but that seems so far away! I feel like I swallowed a watermelon. I don't know if its how she is laying, or if she's having a growth spurt or what, but holy no room! I hate to rush through summer and all, but I'd love to jump ahead a month or so...Please tell me I'm not the only one who is ready to have their baby?

I have been saying this the last 2 days especially! I feel so bloated and 'full' of baby that I can't even eat really!

I'm right there with you! I'm so not a fan of being pregnant in general and the 3rd trimester is the worst. Of course I still have to go till the end of August but I'm so ready to be done!

Im with you, but then I think of how bad my sleep suffers the first few weeks, and Im ok having the little guy tag along in my belly! Smile There is a cute book called "no room in here" or something like that and its fun to read to my belly about how the baby feels about having no room and just an umbilical cord to play with.. he he! I hope the next few weeks fly by for you! Hang in there! Biggrin

Oh, the heartburn! I'm not there yet, but I'm sure I'll get it soon enough. With my first I couldn't eat anything after dinner time or else I'd have terrible reflux when I laid down...I would have to sleep elevated.

I'm only 29 weeks as well, and I am done too. The heartburn is awful. I'm so blessed and get heartburn from day 1 with my pregnancies. At least with my first pregnancy Prevacid worked and helped a LOT. This time around NOTHING helps. It's awful. But overall, I have had a super super easy pregnancy, and I'm still ready to be done. I'm ready to have my baby, and my family be complete, and just move on with things.

I am sooooooooooo ready to be done. I have been measuring larger than 40 weeks for weeks now. I am miserable and still have many weeks to go before they are safe.

I am really praying for mid July and that I can have the babies at my hospital and they are healthy when they arrive!

Yesterday I would've said "I am soooo done being pregnant!", but after a very sad situation at work today, I have to say I am happy to keep this LO baking. I hate the aches/pains, the horrendous swelling and varicose veins, the stretch marks, the poor sleep, the heartburn...but as long as she's healthy and growing in there, I can handle it.
Like you said, I DO wish I could fast forward a few (or several weeks) though.... So glad we've all got healthy LOs that are still growing and making us completely miserable Smile

I've been done for a while. I do not enjoy this, it is not fun. I would rather have a newborn crying in my arms at 2 am than kicking me in the ribs. Plus now I have a lovely headcold, I thought it was allergies but it has gotten worse, I actually stayed home sick from work today, which I rarely do.

Yep add me to the list!!!

I'm sick of having something (his elbow maybe?) poking my hips when I walk.
I'm sick of the bloating and swelling.
I'm sick of not sleeping and/or not being comfortable in bed.
I'm getting annoyed because places I could go before (ie: walking around the classroom and between kids desks & chairs) I CANT go anymore, without either asking them to pull their chairs in really tight to the desk or bumping the back of their heads with my belly lol. Also a pain for the 6foot ish growing teenagers. lol... but it gives us all a smile.

But I remind myself (daily) that baby is healthy and growing and thats whats important. Biggrin

29 weeks here too. I left work early to enjoy my pregnancy and get things in order. Yeah, whatever, I spend my days sleeping or recovering from all the joys of pregnancy. I can't sleep at night so I fip channel a and ponder why the hell Carson Daly sill has a talk show, lol.

But seriously the bigger I get the more pain, uncomfortableness and issues I have. Like tonight, DH wanted to go to dinner and a movie for his birthday. I got overheated at the restaurant because it was too dang hot, the maternity shorts felt too tight and my lower back was killing me.

Top it off my new bras don't fit, so that's uncomfortable to wear one. I'm also wondering if I need a maternity belt.

So yeh I guess I'm ready too, lol.

Bras...an entirely different subject I have been avoiding. I have buying a regular one and the ones I am still wearing do not fit but I dread finding a new one so here we are...

Right there! I feel so full of baby, too like there is just no room. I was doing some math from his when he had his last u/s and he has to be over 5 lbs. now. my belly has started "hanging" and my skin stings on it. ugh, i hate these last few weeks.

Oh the heartburn is a whole other issue for me! I swear it's like my first symptom of pregnancy! It's so much worse this time too...last time it was only at night....this time I take zantac first thing in the morning then again in the afternoon! It's 12 hour one and I take it around the clock Sad I actually puke from the acid if I don't take it!

Jennie & Stephanie - I seriously can't imagine having any more than 1 baby in there at a time! You ladies definitely deserve to skip ahead and collect your $200 (board game reference) Smile

Beth - THis made me think of a Dr. Suess book: "I hate the aches/pains, the horrendous swelling and varicose veins..."

Keri - I'm pretty sure he must know somebody because there is NO way he's gotten a talk show on his own merit. I remember when he was on MTV and he wasn't great doing the TRL or whatever the heck it was so I can't imagine he's any good at his own show!

Jessica - the bra situation is a terrible one! I'm right there with you! I have 2 that I bought from Target with our first and one is tight and squeezes my ladies until I feel like they'll explode! I'm gonig to get one more, but thats it. I'll suffer with this one until I can get to the store and get a third that I can swap with.

Come on ladies - say it with me...August...August...August...lets get this party started Smile

No your not alone.
at time i wish it was over then at other time I just glad she is not here yet cause I know how hard my life will be when she gets here with 3 active boys.
So I'm just trying to enjoy it before its over with .

I'm in Florida and its just beyond hot .. I can't take the kids out really cause the humidity make me want to pass out and I have always had fainting spells when I get too Hot.

The past couple of days have been miserable for me. THe heat is just awful. We're not even in to July and we've already reached over 100. Today was 102 and the weekend looks to be aout the same.

I'm so much more achy than usual and waaaaaaaaaaay more hormonal and emotional. Ugh! Can't wait for this baby to get here!

This heat is really getting me too! I seriously don't remember it being even close to this bad when I was pregnant with DD. I wasn't nearly this swollen with her at this point in the pregnancy (I don't think anyway).

I know!! It's so not uncommon to get 100+ temps here but NOT in the month of June. This is such a bad sign!! Even just running errands and being out in the heat a short amount of time is wearing me out. And poor DS. He wants to go outside and play all the time but geez.

Not too hot here yet, thankfully...but who determined a pg woman needed to have GAS as well? Really?? Like we don't go through enough already! Sorry, but it has just gotten a little out of hand lately. lol

Re: Carson Daly, I think they do know he's not quite the right host because they have never had his show on prior to 1am or so. haha. It's only us poor saps who can't sleep that get treated to his special brand of boring... they are actually trying to help us get back to sleep maybe?

As we get closer to July I wonder who will be the first of us to pop. I'm 31 weeks now so it really could be any time, but I don't even think I'm having real contractions yet, so it may still be a while.

Same here. This pg has been very adventurous for me. I am so ready for the next few weeks to fly by. It's too dang hot and I am very uncomfortable.
