BFP :) A little nervous.....

I don't get over here real often anymore as it seems pretty slow, but just want to update on me.
I just got a BFP for baby #3!!! Super excited --- and nervous!!

DD was my preemie for unknown reasons at 26 weeks 5 days. With a lot of extra attention, I made it 4 days past my due date with DS :)
I'm hoping it will be an uneventful pregnancy, but not expecting it. My uterus just seems to be so sensitive and contracts so easily, and I feel all of it! I'm sure it sounds crazy, but I'm sure I can feel things going on in there already!! I'm hoping bedrest won't be needed again, but am counting on the 17P injections again this time.

Yay Dawn!!! Huge Congratulations on expecting baby #3! :D I hope this pregnancy is a fairly smooth one for you...I'm excited to follow you through this journey. :yahoo:

I think we overlapped pregnancies when we were each pg with our DS2's!
How far did you make it with your 2nd pregnancy? Is your doctor doing anything special this pregnancy as far as preventing PTL?
I don't have my 1st appt until Feb so I don't know for sure what the plan is for this pg.

Yes, we did but you got to go first that time. ;) I didn't do anything to prevent PTL with DS2 and made it to 36 wks 5 days. Labor started the same as with DS1, with PROM, but of course I was farther along. He was born very healthy, a 7 lbs 4 oz and ready to go home with us. We had no NICU time. Yay!!

I'm not doing anything with this one either. Just hoping to take it easy as I get bigger and hopefully I get another take home baby. :D

Surely your doc will have you do the 17P shot again with the irritable uterus you have. I am quite familiar with BH's after about 18 to 20 weeks but didn't have too much trouble. I hope you are able to avoid bedrest this time. I'll be stalking you on your BB so KUP.

PS I have my big u/s on Jan. 21st and we are finding out this time. :)
