Hi there. Please check in and let us all know how you are doing. New/expectant Mama's with questions - Even though this board is not very active I still check it often. Please feel free to post any questions you have. If I do not know the answer, I will find someone who does.
My 36 weeker born at 4.5 lbs is now 53 lbs ;) Robbie still has some gross and fine motor delays, not severe but enough that he struggles with a few things. Hard to believe that 8 years ago he was such a little peanut.
Busy busy here
Sebastian is being evaluated for speech therapy and will be receiving some but not sure how much yet. Currently they say he has communication speech delays but tomorrow they are testing for other delays.
Crazy to think he will be 2 next month
Sam is getting OT/Early intervention twice a month and PT once a week. Slowly but surely he's making some progress with his goals.
He had two teeth and over 20 pounds.
It's really crazy to think he is going to be a year old in just about 10 days.
I am a starting to be a little emotional and I am wondering if it's due to his birthday coming up.
Great to hear from you both. Caitlyn will be 4 in September. She is precious. She is on target with everything and shows no signs of having been 2 months early. I do worry some about her tethered cord, but over all she is doing great. So are my other two girls.
Vanessa turns 2 on the weekend. She is slower to do most things than DD1 but still in the normal range so I'm not worried. I find I just notice it because their birthdays are a week apart so I remember things happening at the same age. One thing Vanessa did first was open door knobs. DD1 didn't figure that out until almost 3.
I also find I think of her as my baby because she is the youngest. She thinks she is 5 though and only wants to play with DD1 and what DD1 is playing with. Sometimes it is adorable and other times it drives me nuts.
