    Default Hi!

I used to post on preg.org when I was ttc'ing then I suffered some miscarriages and a divorce. Then I remarried and tried to get back into the swing of posting here but never quite did as we ttc'ing but nothing really serious as both my husband and I were in school.

well low and behold beginning of this year we found out we were finally pregnant. I was due in October but my son came 6 weeks early in August.

So I am looking into getting back into the swing of posting here and connecting with some other mom's of preemies.

Being he is my first child and a preemie it's a bit overwhelming at times.

He spent 3 weeks in the NICU and is doing well now. He is close to 10 pounds and on the 27th will be 3 months old.

How are you guys doing now? I know it took me about a year to really recover from our NICU experience.

Congrats My daughter also came just over six weeks early and we had a 3 week Nicu stay. She is just under 10 lbs.

I found the NICU experience very overwhelming and can't imagine having that on top of being a FTM.

    We are doing pretty good.
I still have moments of making sure he is still breathing when he is sleeping and stuff like that. I am thankful that my husband is home with him during the day so if I get worried, etc..I know he's home with Dad and the hospital and/or ped is close by.
