We are heading to ILs for 3 days. My parents are coming over and we are going to watch Syd open hers and the babies gifts. I love Christmas in the country. So much better then in the City. Plus they have a lot more snow then we do so, for some reason, it feels more like Christmas
We are crazy busy this season with both of my kids in The Nutcracker. My FIL and his wife are coming the weekend before to see the kids in the Nutcracker, so they will be staying at our house. They leave on Sunday and MIL flies in on Monday to see the kids in their last performance of Nutcracker, she's here for a few days, and a few days later, Christmas. I like just staying home with our little family and my parents (both sets) can stop in later if they want... too much work hauling four kids and making them leave behind new stuff to traipse around the valley (both sets are 40 min in different directions).

I nursed my twins for 2years and 2 weeks! A little sad to be all done now.
We are spending Christmas Eve at home and having my FIL over to celebrate with us and the kids. Then on Christmas morning we'll see what Santa brought and open all of our gifts. Then we will visit both sides of my family (who all happen to live VERY close - within 10 minutes of my house!) and then the kids will go with their dad that night. So lots of activity, and no travel. I like it that way!
