    Default Diaper bags

Does anyone have any suggestions for diaper bags. I don't want to spend over $75 if I can at all help it and I definately want something that has outside zipper closure.

I love my Ju Ju Be diaper bag, but I think it cost more than $75. It's fantastic. Wipes clean, has a million pockets for stuff, the "mommy pocket" is a lifesaver, and it holds 4 sippies.

um, I am super cheap. I used the shoulder bags the hospital gave for free. Its more of a backpack style, and I really liked that, because when carrying two babies I hate having a bag falling off my shoulder all the time, so I think a backpack one is awesome!

I nursed my twins for 2years and 2 weeks! A little sad to be all done now.

I guess I am super cheap, too. I didn't even know that diaper bags could cost up to $75! I go out alone on foot with the kids all the time but have always been happy with a small backpack, a roomy canvas purse or a cloth shopping bag hung on the stroller. Somebody gave me a real diaper bag with lots of pockets but its straps were slippery and it was heavy on its own, before I even filled it with gear, so I never used it. I hope you find what you're looking for in any case.

LOL.. yes I tend to be cheap too! I just want something that will double as a purse and a diaper bag. I am sure I will find something, but there are so many out there.
    Thx!

Maybe you could invest in a nice bag/briefcase you can keep using as a purse after the diaper bag years are over. My mom gave me a Fossil brand purse that I use as a diaper bag all the time. It has a huge central compartment, big enough for clothes and diapers and toys or for my books and laptop, big and small pockets inside and out with magnet or zipper closures and very comfy straps. I like that it looks grown-up and stylish, for a change. There are enough pastels and cartoon characters in my life!

I have two. My day-to-day diaper bag someone actually made me and I can carry enough for a day trip out, and as a purse/diaper bag. If I were to get one for myself, I'd pick a backpack, for ease of use (hard to carry two carseats and bags galore).

My mom got me a canvas duffel-ish bag that I use for overnights for the boys.

I always recommend the Lands End diaper bags to people. I had one with my first, and loved it.

Same here! I love it - it's so much better than the one the hospital gave me when my DD was born 3 years ago. It's also a backpack style (slings across my body and over one shoulder, if that makes sense) and not too big. I like that I can bend over and it doesn't fall. Just the right size to hold 5-6 dipes, package of wipes, two burp cloths, two outfits, and a few bottles, etc.
