My short term goal is getting these babies back on their schedule and get my DD1 on a better one. My long term goal is drink less pop, I drink way too much and I know it's not good for you, especially with me bfing.

I want to become more organized. If anyone has any tips, please let me know. Biggrin I suck in that area right now. Too much on my plate, I think.

I know it is very typical but I really want to find some time to do some excerizing. I am not happy with my current shape at all and I enjoy working out - I just can't seem to find the time.

Mel, mine is to organize as well. I feel like since the twins we have been in a constant state of chaos in our home, and now that they are two, I should really get a handle on it. Smile I started before the New Year and have been organizing at least one thing every day, so far, so good. Smile Of course it is not super obvious to anyone besides me, but I know I am making progress. Smile

To survive the year!!!

My boyfriend had his first day back at work today so I did all of the midnight to 6am baby work alone last night. Everything so far has been a team effort, so that was a rough first for me. I'm aiming to get my milk supply up, but again, all of our survival is key here. Each new change with the babies is such a shock to me as I think I start to figure anything out. Yesterday we couldn't get the babies to sleep after eating and (after an embarrassing length of time) we realized that at 5 weeks old they might actually be interested in being awake just for the sake of being awake.

Hubby organized some yesterday. I had plans to work on something small last night, but I spent two hours at our after hours pediatrician with S. She has an ear infection. I have never seen them so busy. They had to post a sign that they were at capacity and had to stop seeing new patients for the evening. We are so lucky to have that available. It is a first come, first serve set up, so you always have a longer wait if they are a tiny bit busy. It took an hour to just get put in a room last night.

Mel, no fun for S, hope she is feeling better. I love after hours kid care stuff, so nice!

So much for organizing the last few days, on to bday party stuff! I did get all the Christmas taken down and put away in the bins much nicer than it was last year, does that count? lol

She seems to be feeling better, but she is starting to fight the antibiotic. I pray she doesn't start spitting it everywhere. Sad

I count that as organizing. It works for me. I hope to get something done tonight. We shall see. I also have laundry to put away and more laundry to wash and dry. Plus, I need to start getting the kids packed since we are traveling this weekend. I am going to be exhausted come next week. I better stock up on caffeine. Biggrin

My tree is still up and I have no intentions of taking it down...DH can do that on the weekend!

You have month old twins...I don't think anyone would blame you for not putting up a tree...I don't think I would have gotten any shopping done if these guys were only a month ... I probably would have canceled Christmas! How much longer do you have off, shelia. Do you get extended maternity leave because it's twins?

I think twins gives you a holiday pass for a few years. I only got about 1/2 the stuff up I usually do. I was packing it away nicely I kept seeing more ornaments and stuff I had not put on the tree. The boys just pulled them off anyhow. lol.

Mel, hope she does not fight the meds too much, my older two HATE antibiotics, and both have had ear infections this season. Such a pain.
