Thread: I have do ask...

With it being A New Year...what is your resolution?

Sorry title is suppose to be ...to not do, I couldn't change it!

My short term goal is getting these babies back on their schedule and get my DD1 on a better one. My long term goal is drink less pop, I drink way too much and I know it's not good for you, especially with me bfing.

I want to become more organized. If anyone has any tips, please let me know. I suck in that area right now. Too much on my plate, I think.

I know it is very typical but I really want to find some time to do some excerizing. I am not happy with my current shape at all and I enjoy working out - I just can't seem to find the time.

Mel, mine is to organize as well. I feel like since the twins we have been in a constant state of chaos in our home, and now that they are two, I should really get a handle on it. I started before the New Year and have been organizing at least one thing every day, so far, so good. Of course it is not super obvious to anyone besides me, but I know I am making progress.

To survive the year!!!

My boyfriend had his first day back at work today so I did all of the midnight to 6am baby work alone last night. Everything so far has been a team effort, so that was a rough first for me. I'm aiming to get my milk supply up, but again, all of our survival is key here. Each new change with the babies is such a shock to me as I think I start to figure anything out. Yesterday we couldn't get the babies to sleep after eating and (after an embarrassing length of time) we realized that at 5 weeks old they might actually be interested in being awake just for the sake of being awake.

Oh I know this! Yesterday I picked up the yellow papers from the floor and put them in the right file. Progress!!

Shelia- picture this... Babies are less then 2 weeks old and we've only had them home 5 days and my amazing husband goes out of town for the night to a company fishing trip, leaving me alone with the twins and a 4 year old at one point I had DD1 with Kaylee on her chest patting her bum trying to get her to sleep well I tried to Brad to sleep...I feel your pain!

Hubby organized some yesterday. I had plans to work on something small last night, but I spent two hours at our after hours pediatrician with S. She has an ear infection. I have never seen them so busy. They had to post a sign that they were at capacity and had to stop seeing new patients for the evening. We are so lucky to have that available. It is a first come, first serve set up, so you always have a longer wait if they are a tiny bit busy. It took an hour to just get put in a room last night.
