Jill-Sanity is important!!! I've said it before and I'll say it again, do what keeps you sane!
Danielle- My hear goes out to you. I know where you are coming from (sort of, minus the surgery!). We relocated for work and I literally knew no one when I got pregnant with the twins. We luckily became good friends with our neighbours and they were a huge (and our only) help when the babes were born. DH went back to work as soon as we got out of the hospital so I did it completely by myself from day one. Long story short- you can do you. It will be over whelming, but you will make it through. You're almost to that one month mark. The worst is almost over! As for Bfing, make it to 6 weeks, for some reason it got a little easier for me. Maybe they just became better feeders. I found feeding them seperately easier only because I wasnt trying to support two babies at once. Now that being said, me babes were quick eater (my milk supply has also been through the roof therefore it comes out super fast which may be the biggest reason I was able to continue bfing). But like I just said do what keeps you sane!
Mel and Shelia-I'm sorry, what is OT?
