    Default Milk

What is going on? What do I do? My milk just got cut in half suddenly. I had two days of NO formula (our usual is like 2-6 oz total formula) and then poof! my milk is gone.

Hmm... I would say it might be related to your cycle, any signs of af? And I guess just do what you can to increase procution, oatmeal, fenugreek, etc.

I'm not sure if this is it but when they were younger and I was supplementing, one night Brad was up constantly wanting the breast and then Kaylee wanted to feed and I had nothing left to give her. I wondering if you just need to get the supply up. You're used to supplementing and you just need to get your supply up to not having that extra. Maybe pump more to get it up. I have no idea if this is the case, i thought I would just throw it out there because that is what happened to me.

Yes, what Krista said makes more sense. I think if you keep putting them to the breast, even more so than usual, it should up the supply.

Huh, nevermind ... I think? So it was actually a lot less than normal, not just the babies needing more. (I can tell in the mornings before my boy gets up when I pump the most.) But I guess it had to do with not eating enough on Saturday. I ate a normal person amount of food instead of my usual utterly ridiculous amount. I'm not quite back to normal I don't think, but nearly. I let my boy fall asleep on the boob and pumped some more yesterday to be sure. Weird.
