Well okay not mayhem but I am exhausted!!!
It was fun though and I took over 1000 shots it was a huge learning thing for me too and I met my new best photography friend..... polystyrene foam to reflect light on to the other side of the face not facing the window.
This place had a huge wall of windows and there was not one ounce of sun light today either but grey consistent clouds.
I haven't had a chance to go through them all yet properly but found a couple I just had to play with.

oh, you look like you had fun!!! I'm LOVING the expression in the first one, perfect! and the eyes look great in these. skin colors seem a little off to me (and I did just calibrate) but you know the kiddos, so maybe they're fine. but the princess seems like she needs more color in her skin. great job on the tutu, and I adore the story board!
