Default apple orchards ROCK *updated pst 8*

My family and I went to the apple orchard on Saturday for about 45 minutes. I got some of my favorite pictures ever of my kids there! Im so happy! I usually get awesome ones of other peoples' kids becuase they arent used to me and its a different environment and yadda yadda... My kids had so much fun that I got tons of smiles in a short little amount of time! Also, the red apples and bright green leaves made for a pretty background.

This is my favorite of the bunch. Let me know what you think, honestly... I have tons more if you wanna see them!.

    Camera: Nikon D300
    Exposure: 0.004 sec (1/250)
    Aperture: f/5.0
    Focal Length: 50 mm
    ISO Speed: 400

oh, that sounds like fun! love the picture, but I feel like her skin tone is off. (take that with a grain of salt, the light that comes into this room at this time of day totally alters what I see). can't wait to see more!

(but I'd clone out that thing Loida's pointing out )

Guessing that's a fence post? I didnt' notice it until she asked, but now that she did say something, maybe you can crop it out! I LOVE this photo though! Great color, great comp!

This is a great shot. Composition, focus, exposure are all there. I am on uncalibrated monitor but I think skin tone looks good here. I love her hat. She is too cute and looks so grown-up here.

I love how the apple trees frame the shot and the little apples hanging in the background. I would clone out the little spot of yellow on her left (pic right) and it looks just a smidge cool to me.

I am procrastinating so I pulled it into ps and added a warming filter layer at low opacity. It looked nice that way but it blows her pink jacket in the red channel so it has to be masked. I know that you know all this stuff. Just added it so that other people could benefit.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Ill definately clone that fence post out! Here are the rest of our pics. I had to add SO much yellow to them because it was so overcast. Let me know if I went overboard!
