I know I haven't been a great board member lately. But the Lego tournament I organize is this weekend so I will be back soon. I put together a pre-pro set and would love some feedback.
Here it is.

Great set..I'm glad you're finally going to apply.
Here comes the CC.
1. No problems, but not my favorite of yours.
2. sweet shot, ood focus, maybe crop off a touch from the sides - make into 8x10. I don't like that space to the left of the tuft of grass and a closer 8x10 crop should get rid of that and take a little off the right hand side too to keep it balanced.
3. Cute..nice eyes.
4. I dunno - not in love with the conversion and he looks kind of akward.
5. LOVE!
6. So cute - wish eyes were a touch brighter
7. Is that background blown?
8. So cute.
9. Do you have any space to pull back on this? The cake and your boy's head both need a touch more space to breathe.
10. I love this. Not sure if they'll give you trouble withthe comp (3rds rule) but I think it's great. Face needs a touch of brightening.
11. fab.
12 So adorable. If you have cs4 I'd move the word Sam over to the right a touch using the content-aware scaling tool.
13. So pretty.
14. Neat shot.
15. Wonderful
16. cute - slight halo effect around them.
17. I wanna shave just the slightest bit off the left side and bottom.
18. Not sure how they will feel about this. No eye contact - neat shot, but maybe not for your pre-pro
19. The left side of his face definately needs brightening if it's going to compete with that bright blue.
20. perfection
21. No eye contact - I'd cut this one.
22. She looks soft?
23. Wish they were closer together. Another job for the content aware scaling tool.
24. lovely
25. Not my favorite.
26. Excellent!
27. So cute!
28. Lovely
29. Nice shot...maybe more vignette to get him to pop a touch more. And...do you have any more room to pull out? He's a touch close to the edges of the frame.
30. I'd brighten her a touch....or darken that bright yellow in the background. It's pulling focus.
I want you to know that I did look at the pics. I do NOT feel knowledgeable enough to post cc on your pre-pro set. With that being said, Amber said it well. I loved them all. You are an amazing photographer. Your kids are gorgeous too!
Thanks so much Amber! Exactly the stuff I was looking for. I'll go back and work on it. I have never used the content aware scaling tool! I'll have to read up on that one!
And Sadie you are so sweet!
I am on uncalibrated monitor - will try to give a more detail CC later today!

Here is my CC...
1. I am not liking the reflection to the left (right) of the baby from the floor. I do like the composition.
2. I agree with Amber about cropping closer, maybe top half of body to get rid of the background.
3. Looks nice.
4. I like the conversion.
5. Cute.
6. Nice.
7. Very cute.
8. Nice.
9. Cute.
10. I would do a closer crop.
11. Cute, but I would maybe clone out the people to the left (right of your kid).
12. Something is funky going on with his shirt color. Its washed out on the front and redder on the back.
13. Cute, the whites of her eyes look a tad yellow.
14. Cute, there is a bit too much space to our right, that might just be me.
15. Nice.
16. Nice.
17. I agree with Amber.
18. Neat shot, I feel like she is crammed to the edge of the frame.
19. I agree about brightening his face up a bit.
20. Sweet.
21. I think this is a bit too snapshotty.
22. Nice
23. Cute. I wish they were closer together.
24. Nice. I would clone out the tree trunk to bushes.
25. Lovely.
26. I wish you got eye contact.
27. Cute.
28. Nice.
29. I am not liking the tilt. Looks like he is going to fall to the left.
30. Nice.

I think they are all beautiful. Great work!
Thanks so much! I know it takes awhile to give cc on these! I appreciate every bit of it!
I wish I had the time to do this for you .... I think it's great that you're applying. (I really would give you detailed CC if I had a spare 30 min, but I'm so far behind in everything!)
