Thread: Christmas gift...

I know this is kind of off topic, but I wanted some opinions. (Posted on the SB board as well.)

So, I have this amazing aunt who has suffered through losing two children tragically. Her faith never alters. She is so faithful to God, and loves Him with all her heart. She recently mentioned a song to me that she loves, and I was wondering how I could make her something that goes along with it. So, this is what I came up with. We are simple people, so I made it simple, but if you can think of anything else that can be added, please do.

The song is "Heal the Wound" by Point of Grace.

I really like it...but I think the green border may be pulling focus too much. Maybe try a softer green, or use the eye dropper to select the beigy yellow from the background. It would be nice for the text to be that yellow too...instead of the white.

Very nice, I agree with Amber's suggestions though for the border color & text color. What a nice gesture this is for your Aunt.

Sadie, I think it's beautiful! I think the green might still work if you added a drop shadow to the photo to give it some separation from the frame. I do like the suggestion of changing the font color though.
