Composite CC

So, I really wanted a photo of the boys from this series where they were both looking, have nice expressions, and are both standing/sitting correctly. This is my first composite, and would love to hear how you think I did. It's 3 images in one, and one of those times where I wish I had PS or CS, because it wasn't exactly the easiest with PSE.

not bad at all! I think I see a line on Jackson's face - his right/our left - near his jaw/ear line. possibly the same for Carson, but less so.

I can't believe that is 3 shots in one! And to be honest, I don't think I would have noticed anything w/ Carson if I wasn't looking hard for it.

Best,

I see the one in Jackson's face, but I can't on Carson's face! Well done though! I wouldn't have known either!

I see what you're talking about with Jackson's face. I'm not sure if it came from the composite, or if it was just a shadow, since I didn't edit his face, but I fixed it anyway. How's this?

Wow! Amazing job. Even after being told, I can't tell that it's a composite. To me the lines on their faces look like cheek/jawline shadows. I'd love to see the 3 shots you put together!

Here are the 3 images that I used.

This was the base image:

I took Carson's face from this one:

And I hated how Jackson was pointing up, so I took his arm from this one:

And the result again:

It's funny, after you posted this, I ended up doing one as well, head/shoulders/chest swap......first time in a LONG time.....

What editing program do you use? I just found a layer mask action for PSE! That would have made it so much easier to do that!
