Thread: COTW - Mine (ends 12/09)

Congrats to Danielle (daniellec.parker) for winning the Peaceful COTW! As winner, Danielle gets to select our next topic and she has chosen "Mine" for our assignment.

Is there a place, object, or view that's entirely yours, or you find that you are a bit selfish or possessive about? Is it a feeling you feel when you look at the photo, or perhaps an unwillingness to share?

Share with us an image of something that brings out your inner two year old and makes you simply shout, "MINE!"

This is my placeholder in the event I'm unable to capture the image I have in my head. It has several levels to it. First and fore most it's my baby and my daddy. Then there is the way Alaina feels about her "Gendee" and Lala as well as the way my daddy feels about his little lady. Lots of possessiveness going on here.

This little guy is MY child. I don't say "my" in possessive terms, but instead mean that he is my little clone. Since he was born, he's more looked like me as a baby, and now that he's growing up and showing his personality, I have noticed that there are so many of my traits in him that I showed as a little kid.

I'm stealing Steph's as it's the most applicable for me too. Nora has my hair, my shy smile, my shyness/anxiety in new situations, my ticklishness. She's my child, and my oldest child who stole my heart when she was born.

And for better or for worse, given it shows that shy smile I mentioned, this is the image I'm using to represent her in this challenge.

This is "my baby", my last baby. DH and I decided that a family of two completes us. So with all his silliness, squishy eyes, that smile - I am entering this picture to represent my last baby Also he is my husbands "mini me"... lol.

This is my puppy princess. And she is all mine. As a family we all love her, especially Logan. He adores this dog. But _she_ loves me. She follows me from room to room and wants little more than to cuddle on the couch next to me. Some days it can be a touch annoying to always have her under foot, but most of the time, it makes me feel truly special. She loves me and never lets me forget it. How did I get so lucky?
