I read up on panning... but I have one question regarding it! Do you hold down the shutter release just once, or multiple times? That wasn't explained in that article. I'm soooo new at this, I just wasn't sure! I'm sure this is a huge undertaking well above my abilities at this point, but I thought I'd play with it and see how something turned out!

Just once....your shutter speed is just slow enough to capture the drag while you follow your subject.
