    Default December Assignment: Holiday/Family

    All ...

this month there are so many wonderful celebrations! As we find ourselves busy with the holidays, I thought we would keep the 'assignment' simple and care free ...

Please use this space to share your holiday photos, cards, snapshots from family gatherings!

And most of all, may you all have a safe and happy holiday as we say farewell to this year and eagerly look forward to the blessings of the new year!

    Best,
    GiGi

Thanks for starting this, GiGi! I hope things are going well with the adoption! I've taken quite a few holiday pictures already. I hope it's okay that they were taken in November

Wish this one was a little better. I'm not super happy with it. But I LOVE that I captured them looking at each other

I've never made a wreath before. Was it hard, Kerry? Looks like it was fun!

Your kids are so darn cute, Sadie! I love your tree bokeh!

So cute, Kerry! Stephanie I love your train action shot and the starbursts on your lights. Nice job!

I haven't done anything with pics in a month, since my fall photoshoot with Eva at the park. So last night, after doing her Christmas shoot during the day, I uploaded a month's worth of pics to sort through and edit.

Here is just one from part of Eva's session....is this underexposed or is it ok? I didn't want to lose the warm color by brightening it. This is SOOC.

Here is a funny one when the kitty walked by as I was testing out the backdrop/lights setup the other day....a little blurry though because she wouldn't stop walking around...

And some yummy twinkle light bokeh....ever since I was a kid I've been enamored with twinkle lights (and anything sparkly, shiny, or rainbow-colored)....I used to hang them in my bedroom at Christmastime and let them glow at night while I laid in bed and I just loved plugging them in and staring at the glowing colors while we were decorating the house! lol

These are so wonderful pictures everyone!

Stephanie your boys are adorable in that last picture.

Kerry - such a cutie pie. He is getting soo big!

Amy - that picture of Ava is absolutely pretty.

Here is some of our tree lighting event.

My son and his cousin goofing around with the Santa mask.

My kiddos putting the finishing touches on our tree.

Our blue, blue tree - the boys including DH picked out these lights. You can see Brandon not standing still in the picture.

Sadie - great pics and use of the lights in the background.
