I've shared this before, but think it may be worth showing again.
The secret to the eye contact in this shot:
Can be seen in this shot:
That thing around Nathan's wrist is the little lens buddy that I made. He's a red scrunchi with a ping pong ball that I cut in half and drew eyes on. I punched a small hole in each "eye" and used the pipe cleaners to attach the eyeballs to the scrunchie and make antenna. I slip the scrunchie around my lens and it's good for a few shots with great eye contact and maybe even a cute smile. It really works wonders, but use sparingly as the effect quickly wears off.
Great Idea! I always get the near miss because Mom is standing behind me but off to the side. I'll have to try that!
oh, that's cool! yep, will have to try that one!

Where is that pumpkin patch? Is it nice? The one we went to last year was in Santa Monica right up the street but was really small and they aren't having it there this year. I remember last year seeing pix in magazines where celebs were taking their kids and it looked awesome but they said it was in Santa Monica which it was not. maybe it was this one? I want to check it out
It's Mr. Bones in Beverly Hills. It's pretty nice, but a bit pricy...of course, I have nothing to compare it against, but it seems pricey to non-celebrity little ol' me.
That's great!!! I need to make one!
Yup...totally stealing this idea Amber!!!
