Thread: Flash back Friday: Aug 26 - Sep 2

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have all had a good week!

I encourage you all to take a few minutes to share some of your favorite shots from the last week. If you were too busy or otherwise removed from your camera, don't despair - we'd all love to see some of your favorites from ANY time that you'd like to share.

Whoop Whoop! THREE day weekend! I NEED it!

This week I just did a few quick shots.
Ruthie on the swing:

Sadie, Ruth is seriously SO cute! And I love the shot of your nephew!

I've only taken one picture of my kids all week (I think). This one is just a quick snap, but I still like it because she is so pleased to be wearing her brother's Spiderman pajamas, and for some reason (incongruously) she wanted to be Spiderman with a horse:


And DH kindly let me go out to a local botanical gardens by myself the other day with a tripod JUST so I could get this shot, which I had not been able to get on previous visits without a tripod:


A couple of the other shots I took at the gardens that day are in the "textures assignment" thread.

Sadie! these are so awesome! I love the one of Ruthie on the swing and your nephew is just too cute too.

As for me, I hardly got my camera out again this week, but I did have one shot I'd like to share:


This is the billboard I was telling you guys about a few months ago. The folks who designed it didn't pick my favorite photo but I'm still beyond psyched to have one of my photos on display in this manner.

I am REALLY hoping to get some pics of Logan this next week. He's started a new soccer season, is getting ready for another judo test, and is rockin' his new 4th grade class as well and I really want to capture that. So hopefully next week I'll have something more timely to share.
