Happy Friday to my favorite group of photographers! I hope this week has given you many photo opportunities and that your biggest dilemma is deciding which to share with us.
If that is not the case, I hope that the next week will be more carefree and easy and I invite you to share a personal favorite instead.
Have a great weekend guys!
I'm all caught up this time I think. lol. All I do lately is nature, so I hope no one gets tired of that....but now that I got a new memory card finally for my Canon, I plan to take Eva out to practice on her again....it's been a LONG time.
I was playing with colors in bokeh while photographing my flowers this past week.
These two plants are next to each other--Gerber Daisy & this tiny purple daisy-like one that I don't know the name of...
Since purple & orange are complementary to each other, I thought it was neat putting the orange behind the purple for bokeh.
Kind of a retina-burner, but I still like it lol:
And vice versa, orange with purple bokeh:
and white with yellow bokeh:
Some others from this past week:
Black and Yellow Argiope, aka Garden Orbweaver/Spider:
Pokeweed flowers turning into berries....I like the pale color tones of this against the gray & white bg:
(yes that line in the background is wavy naturally---it is the edge of my neighbor's garage roof, lol)
cute little grasshopper:
My precious girl enjoying an evening walk to the creek out back:

It's been a busy week for me, but I do actually have some photos to share!
First, soccer season kicked off for this fall (whoop!) so here are a few of my favorites:
and one more from a friend's test for brown belt at judo:
My baby turns 10 next week, so I expect a whole lot of snaps to share at the end of the week.
Amy, love those! The first one isn't a retina burner to me, it's great, love the flood of colour! I really like the second one too, probably my fave of the set. The grasshopper is awesome!
GiGi, those are great! LOVE the "Talk with your feet. Play with your heart." one! Awesome work!
I have lots to share, hope you don't get bored.
One of my faves of the week:
Some sunset stuff, no increase in colour saturation or anything, the sky really did look like this:
and as I was trying to get that shot, DH called on the cell and asked if I had seen the rainbow. My back was turned to it, so I hadn't, but power lines were in the way so I raced down the hill I was on to try to get it. The colours were already fading, but I tried, anyway!
My kids at play:
And just one I did for a "colours" challenge:
Married Anthony April 2, 2005
Nora born Feb. 14th, 2007
Micah born Jan. 20, 2009
I haven't shared in a long time. I'm still taking pictures every day for my 365 project. Here are my favorites from this week.
