I have not heard a thing from my last two clients since the day of the photo shoots. Nothing....no feedback, positive or negative. No orders. NADA!
Their proof galleries will expire in one week...and I'm so worried that I lost the opportunity on the orders for these sessions. I just sent out friendly reminder e-mails to both clients and hopefully they will respond quickly.
If they hate the photos, I really wish they'd tell me. With any luck, they've all just gotten busy with life and forgot to order. I hate to think about the alternative that my photography just stinks.
Haven't booked a session in several weeks either....Feeling really down and doubting myself.

Well first of all, you have no reason to doubt yourself. You are an amazing photographer and inspiration to a lot of us! Secondly, I can see what you'd be a bit upset and frustrated with this situation, but I'm sure they'll respond. My guess is they just love so many of them, they can't choose which ones to order!
Hmmm...It's not possible for them to NOT like the pictures. None. Nada. No chance in heck!
So please don't doubt yourself. Sometimes people's lives just get in the way. I would think that a friendly reminder that their gallaries are about to expire will help things along.
As for not booking a session, just wait a week or so, people will be flocking in asap to get Christmas card pics done. I've had 3 people schedule with me today alone and I'm crap compared to you!
There's zero chance they don't like the pictures. I bet you anything they just got busy or maybe they simply can't decide the ones they like best. Hang in there.
I would just guess they are broke and maybe cant afford to order a bunch so trying to narrow it down. All of your pics are good though so I bet they are having a hard time
the biggest difference for me has been scheduling viewing/ordering sessions. You get the major emotional impact from them and get them commited to an order - you should give it a try! I'm sorry that you haven't had any feedback. Was your gallery heavily watermarked?
I read somewhere that the majority of people will wait to purchase prints until the last possible day which is why this person advised only having proof galleries up for two weeks. I only remember this because it was around the time my family got their pics taken by Shey Marin and I found it amusing because sure enough we waited until almost two weeks was up before ordering!
So I am betting that is why. There is no way they didn't like them. They were great! You are amazingly talented. I actually get giddy inside when you say that you like one of my photos because your work is awesome.
Don't let it get you down. I do really think that you should consider branching out to photoshop stuff whether teaching or restoration or whatever because you do have a unique talent for it!
You certainly are not a bad photographer.
I'm betting too, like others have suggested, that they love so many of them they dont know how to decide and are probably trying to get money together for the whole lot
