Working on a much cleaner edit here. Amber gave me some awesome advice, and I fianally sharpened for web and wowzers....it makes a huge difference! Anyways, I did a few headshots for a friend. She is using them on her business card for her beauty shop. Be honest...
1. f/3.5, ISO-200, 1/200
2. f/3.5, ISO-200, 1/125
Nice! Did you shoot in RAW? If you did then you can recover the highlights in her top. In the second one have you brightened her teeth? they are a little too bright, and my eyes go there straight away when I look at the picture! The eyes look great though.
Stephanie- to be honest, it was a sharpening/defogging action. Can't remember where I got it.
Iliana- yes, I shot in RAW. Are you meaning the highlights in her hair? As for her teeth- no, I didn't do anything to them. I think it's b/c her upper lip is small, she calls them lizard lips....
I agree that they need warming up. The skin is a little cyan and both photos could use a touch more red....especially in the highlights.
Overall, they are lovely. You've done nice clean edits here. Great light in the eyes and good composition on both.

Sadie, I want to see all the pics you've ever posted sharpened for web!!
I think it really does make such a huge difference!
These pics freak me out because she looks identical to a girl I graduated with.
Anyway, nice job!
