I talked to the lady that did Natalie's photos and she said she would gladly e-mail me the class picture that got lost when they didn't close the CD session off, she swears they check every CD before handing them out and that it should have not had the issues it did, well I guess they missed one. I was supposed to get the e-mail last week but haven't yet got one yet, I'll have to give her another call.
Jennifer's pictures of her packages, which are beautiful, reminded me that I told this photographer that she should label her CD's. Her response was asking me why? I explained that I've bought many photos, and every single other company does this, its to ensure that if there is a problem the picture they are on the original source. She just didn't get it.
Anyway I will not be buying the photos next year this experience has been awful, and I still haven't found resolution.
