wondering if there's *anything* at all that can be done to a blown spot in a photo to reduce the amount that it shows in print. Blown areas get that blob like look to them, it can really ruin a whole photo, IMO. But in the case of an unfortunate mistake, what would you do- if it HAD to be printed- even just a 4x6, lets say.
I know you can't 'un-blow' it, or add back in any information, but if anything I'd assume, lowering the levels output, dropping highlights and masking.. but do those things really work at all ? thinking probably not, but tell me i'm wrong :/
