I was trying to get some cute photos of the girls for there 15 month pics. Of course it was a nice overcast day... until we got outside and then the sun came out nice and bright. So that made getting catchlights almost impossible since they were squinting the whole time. But here are some anyway. Please give me all the CC you can! Thanks!
1. ISO-200, 1/1250, f4.5, 37mm
Brooke and Addison
2. ISO-200, 1/800, f4, 18mm
Addison on her pony
3. ISO-200, 1/800, f4, 27mm
Brooke. I wish I didn't chop her hand and that the truck wasn't in the background. But by this time I was just leting them play and run in the yard and trying to get some "action" shots. They were NOT in the mood to sit still... when are 15 months ever in that mood?
4. ISO-200, 1/640, f5.6, 49mm
Addison walking with Bridget. I like this one because the girls LOVE the dog, and she LOVES them!
5. ISO-200, 1/250, f5.6, 55mm
6. ISO-200, 1/1000, f4, 23mm
I thought this was a cute snap shot. They LOVED playing in the stone driveway.
I think I could have adjusted the aperature and lowered my SS to get more DOF. But of course I didn't think of that at the time!
One last question. I tried to sharpen the pics and they did look sharper in "Digital Photo Professional" (the software that comes with Cannon). But when I open then in Windown photo viewer it doesn't look like it stayed sharp. Am I doing something wrong? So none of these actually show the sharpening that I did.
ETA: Please feel free to play with them if you would like! Just share what you did so I can learn from it! Thanks!
