Default just a few odd photos

I know that Amy and Gwen are rocking the nature photos. They are inspiring me to notice the smaller things around me. Let me know what you think of these. I am not sure about the weed one b/c of the lighting I had, but part of me likes it b/c you can tell the sun is shining through it. Just give it to me though!

    2. I was trying to find patterns while I was out shooting the weed, and this is the best I could find. Randall was putting up some fence post, and one had a huge bolt sticking out of it and I noticed the pattern of the bolt. Should I crop closer though? What's your thoughts?

Oooh Sadie, I LOVE the colors and light in that first one! I just wish the grass-head had more focus to it. But on the flip side it gives the photo a very artistic look! It's beautiful!

Great light/dark pattern on the bolt. I'm thinking I'd probably crop it to just the bolt or even closer to just the pattern ON the bolt... but that's me

    1. I LOVE THIS!!!!! It ROCKS! I love the soft gold light and they way it makes even this weed seem so pretty. The bokeh is creamy and dreamy and creates the perfect mood. WOW!

    2. I like this crop. A tighter crop might bring out the pattern more or make it seem more abstract, but I like it as-is.

    Great work!

THANKS ladies. I was hoping #1 was really good, b/c I was secretly loving it, but then I felt like there was something wrong with it! As for #2, I tried cropping it closer, but I felt as though it just looked dumb....I don't know. Thanks for the comments though!

I didn't reply here? I could have sworn I did! I love that first one, and it inspired me to take a picture of grass like that last week. It's in my edit queue.

Yes, #1 is BEAUTIFUL!!! Love it

I like #2 as it. I like how the light wood on the left side balances out the dark of the background.
