I'm doing project 365 so I'm ALWAYS taking pictures. I'm trying to get better, and it's hard to nail the focus on my always moving toddler and preschooler. But sometimes I get lucky.

1. blowing kisses (I'm thinking of making this my siggy, just love it!)

2. this one was totally soft, so I used the luminosity sharpen that Kelby talks about in his CS4 book. it didn't totally fix it, but made it better. I feel like it needs a little more in the post processing, but everything I do to it makes it look worse. I probably won't get it printed, so I should let it go. But sharing for the feedback.

I think your coloring is looking good on the last ones but the first ones I would do a SC and get rid of all that yellow.

thanks Cindy! our kitchen is all yellow, and I could tell that I had some yellow going on. I keep forgetting about the color balance layer, still new to CS4 editing ...

I went back to ACR and fixed the colors in that batch (after trying to get it fixed in color balance and selective colors layers). I think it's better, but am not sure if it's quite right. I didn't run this one through noiseware though, need to get to bed.

Your edit is definitely better. These are great snaps of your kiddos.

Super cute pics Jack and Natalie look very alike in these. Good job with the color correction.

1) *caught the kiss* cute capture! I think his right (my left) eye is oof though? Or is that just me?
2) I like this photo! I think you should print it b/c it can always be scrapped right!?
3) LOVE this expression! He's so cute and you caught such a cute moment! I think the action works fine! Everything looks good in this one!
4) only thing that bothers me is the shadow, guessing it's you?
5 ) these are great! The color looks good in these! My fav is the first one. She's so beautiful!

I just love your shots, Gwen! The kids seem to be growing right in front of our eyes. I can't believe how much older both Jack and Natalie look here. That hat on Natalie is to DIE for!

I like the last edit best. It still has a slight yelllow look to it, but I'm at work and not calibrated, so take that w/ a grain of salt.
