Thread: Just started camera club

It's my local club where i live and i think i'm going to enjoy it! Last night was a back to basics session. They had a guy demonstrating how to mount prints. Another guy showing have to do macro photography, but i didn't get chance to go there. There was one guy with 3D photography, another demo'ing photoshop and another talking about the insides of a camera and how it all works. It was fab!

Next week there is a talk from a guy about his travels in China and his photography from there.

There are competitions and a gallery showing of all of the members work at the August Bank Holiday in the Abbey in my town.

It's all very exciting stuffs!

Now i just need to get my photo-mojo back and start taking more pics!

Super duper jealous here. We live in such a small town there is no way we'd have anything like that. I hope you enjoy it. Share what you learn too!

Well, there are competitions to enter and there's a newbies competition. I'm not sure yet though. I might just sit back this year and see what the crack is before doing anything like that.

that's so cool!!! I'm glad you found something like that and you're able to go. I'd love something like that but doubt I could convince DH I could disappear for it.
