Trying to work on clean, consistent processing as well. 6wk old baby girl...did not want to sleep...peed on everything needless to say i didn't get much. She fought through my swaddling (must practice making this tighter) 2 of the better ones:
1.ISO 400 F/3.5, 1/100
2. as above, but f/4.5
most recent maternity, my second with a woman of colour. We bonded almost instantly and she'd like me to do her newborn session. Third baby with a few weeks left before her due date. This session showed me that i am still not confident with the sun (we shot at 9:30 a.m., i thought easy peasy...i thought wrong ) i had a reflector for the first image--too harsh? .
3. ISO 100, F/3.2, 1/160
4. ISO 100, F/3.2, 1/100
First image is nice...I like the clean processing, but I'm not a fan of the shadow on baby's face.
#2, I wish baby's face weren't covered with the fabric.
#3...yes, much too harsh from the reflector. She looks shiny...never a good thing. Also, I'm not a fan of the uneven lighting on the baby bump or the spotted light in the background. Also, I don't love that you have her sitting on black fabric...it's just competing with the black of her dress and making the bump difficult to distinguish.
#4. The lighting is better her, but she's got a pretty strong green color cast on her face.

do you think this one is fixable or just dump it? i had a few of this post but they would probalby all have the same lighting/shine issues.
will go back and correct the green face.
