for almost a week now. Silly p.org.
I know I've missed a ton, but wanted to let ya'll know I'm back and will try to catch up with you guys.
Here are a couple pics I have been working on. Too bad they were on an uncalibrated monitor.
I know it's soft, but momma still loves this one. Heck, I would have tossed it if it weren't for the fact that the mom is one of my close friends and she wanted it anyways:
Glad you are back! Lovely family pics. Fav is #2. Their smiles don't look as forced! I think the last one is cute, especially with mom and dad's almost matching tennis shoes!
hey kellly! i was wondering why you weren't posting on here much lately cute photos! i like the second family pic too. they look more comfortable and she looks alot more relaxed. in the first one she looks a bit tense. the last one is really cute! i love how the colors pop out a bit more on that one then the rest of them. what kind of processing did you do on these?
Sadie, the shoes are actually A's 2 older brothers.
As for processing, all I did was a slight curves layer, sat layer set to +6, contrast bumped to +5 and brightness bumped to +4. Sharpened, and then did a mult. layer reduced to like 40% or so and used a soft brush to take it away from the middle. That was it.
Off to update myself on the other threads.
How fun! I love them! Even the one you would have tossed, I think that's adorable! The skintones in 2 seem a tad bit off to me, but I'm uncalibrated, too..
oh, I didn't know you were locked out! I love seeing these pictures. I don't know that I've ever seen Jodie's entire family at once like that. Terrific job capturing them. And welcome back from locked out world.

Dropshots seems to do that. It's really making me mad! Hmmm...let me go look at the origionals...

Okay, so how do I un-sharpen?
