    Default More Newborn Shots - 2 RE-Edits

Here are a few more shots from my newborn session.

REWORKED - Really this was supposed to be a hand shot. I fully intended to pull in closer on this image when I took it. I think I forgot that when doing the post processing. I actually really love the angle. To each his own.

REWORKED: Added blue to shadows and midtones...too much blue? Added some background and rotated the image. This is pretty much the exact angle he would have been laying at. Bottom sunk in to the beanbag quite a bit. This is the only photo where I got the whole hat. The hat is theirs so I really wanted to make sure it got in their gallery. Does it work at the new angle?

    Adorable. #6 is my favorite.

Did you want any cc? I think the tilt is a little much in #4 I feel like baby is going to slide out of the frame. Could be personal taste?

Other than that I think they are really nice, mom must be in love! Did you do anything in B&W?

I was hoping we would see more of these!

    1) This one doesn't work for me with the black on the corner. This seems to be just me though...nobody else has commented on it.
    2) LOVE (who doesn't love feet though!?)
    3. precious moment. The processing here I love.
    4. floating here I think...Not sure about the position
    5. seems a bit more like a snap...

I can tell how much work you put into this session and I know this kid's parents are going to be SO THRILLED!!!!!

My favorite is the yawn in #3. What a great catch!

Oh my goodness, these are breathtaking! Beautiful, beautiful job. I can't pick a favorite, but I LOVE the hands and the feet. I'm a sucker for baby digits!

These are really nice Amber--nice creamy skin tones too, and I love the eye contact. Are you looking for CC too?

    Alrighty, here's my CC!

Like I said, I love the creaminess of the skin tones in all of the images--very soft and beautiful.

#1 Not in love with the comp on this one...I don't like the black down in the bottom right corner, and I'm just not a fan of the angle in general.

#2 This is sweet...but I wish the feet were crossed or something. The way they are just in a line at the bottom of the frame doesn't grab me very much. Also not much connection to the baby based on how the baby is laying.

#3 is really cute, love the yawn, I bet mom and dad love this one. Only thing that would have made it better is eye contact, but I know that's not easy with newborns!

#4 Probably my least favorite. The baby is at a pretty awkward angle...still a lot of yellow in the shadows as well

5 and 6, definitely my favorites, I love love the natural setting of #5, and I love the eye contact in 6. The only thing I'd say about 6 is that the baby is a bit lost in that big blanket, but not a big deal.

    #7. So sweet. Lovely, really.
