I posted others from this same session a few days ago.. The baby that hasn't met her daddy yet, because he's in the Military. That mom is one tough woman, I don't know how I could have given birth without my husband there
Please CC ANYTHING - I especially would love CC on skin tones and WB/overall color. Of course the usual stuff too- focus, comp. etc.. Thanks so much
1- the name on the hat is the last name- just in case you were wondering
3 - same as above
10- just a snap~ babys big bro showed up with grandma towards the end- so I snapped a few while mom was nursing the baby

5. Horizon is slightly off but love the rest
6. Just Awesome!

Overall your skintone looks great to me. Only thing I'd do is lasso the hands/feet and use selective color to help with the purple/red.
I think with the first few, I'd have a different backdrop, something more simple. Because you are incorporating the hat and the dog tags and the baby on the stool, it's all just too busy. I'd like to see one with just a black backdrop, nekkid babe on the white stool wiith hat and tags. #3 in b/w is better for me.
Now in #6 I like the backdrop because it goes with her hat.
Not sure how I feel about #7.. I either want to see more or less chair.
Last two are cute!
Good job Molly. How old was she?
Thanks guys. I agree about the busyness, darn. Cazz, thanks for the reminder of the off horizon line on #5! Stacey, she was about 7 days old
7 days is a perfect time! You really found your calling, didn't you?
you are brave! I would have been worried about baby peeing on the stool.
these are really nice. the first thing I noticed was the busy pattern in the background of the first few. I agree with Stacey that something simpler would have looked better. but once you put the knit hat on her, then I think the background totally works.
And I think you did a great job with all of the whites - was editing more of a challenge due to the whites of the stool? Just curious.
Number 6 is my favorite of the lot of them, but they're all really nice. Baby's skin looks good to me (but on the other hand, I still struggle with noticing some off tones in the skin).
Big brother is adorable!

I think 6 and 8 are my favorites. I found the poses and comp very sweet, simple and expressive in them.
those are incredible! I love your backdrops and props - beautiful!
Stunning! I love the way you did the hat and tags in there, too. And you even caught a "smile!" Mom is going to be VERY happy with these!
