More to Share for CC and a question about cropping
My great grandmother is in town for a while, and I was able to get her over here to take a few pictures with Collin today. She will be 90 in January! :) Anyway, I have fallen in love with these. I hate that I chopped off the top of her head though. :/ I had noticed I was chopping off her hands to begin with, and when I adjusted myself, I adjusted too far down. I really need to invest in a zoom lens... I couldn't step back any further with my 35 mm.
These would have been more powerful if I could have gotten her to hold him differently, but this was the only way she felt comfortable. Just wondering if I my love for them is simply because of the meaning they have for me, or if others will think they are good quality.
My question is- how can I determine how large of a print will look good for a cropped picture?
