and i think i'm in love.
i learned a lot, made a lot of mistakes. i feel confident that next time i will be 200% better. this one was a pbing session. next one will be full price.
cc always appreciated.
These are beautiful! I can't tell you how glad I am to see the beauty that is just a newborn and to not see "the pose" or any other props and gimmicks. I love the connection between mother & baby in the last shot.
thanks! you know i thought about doing the pose - and nothing against those who do it, but i just felt it wasnt really "me".
i'm like SUPER excited for my next newborn though - i feel like i'm just getting my feet wet.
Oh my gosh, I can't think of any more beautiful newborn photos I've ever seen. I absolutely love these. I love the color, softness, lighting, backdrop, and simplicity. And the slight vintage look you gave them, whatever it is, I am so envious! I also love the Mother shots too, so precious. Bravo!

What are you using to calibrate right now? The skin color looks a little off - the 3rd one is divine!
Love love love #3 and #7.
I'm getting a really funny effect...a few of the close face shots look soft, but when I look closer they aren't soft. What some newborn photogs do is burn that lashline to give more definition, that might help. Or, maybe my laptop just stinks.
