Thread: Nikon D60 error??

Oh no my Nikon D60 is giving me an error messege!
Has anyone seen the message: Error. Press shutter release button again."?
Any help would be appreciated!

this is justa shot in the dark but is the lens all the way on? can you look at the lens and see if the f/ ring is at f/22 (or as high as it will go) I will get an error FEE when my f-stop has slipped a bit when shooting in automatic focus

I am probably going to mail it off to Nikon tomorrow. Anyone else ever had to mail off a Nikon for repair? Did it take long for repair?

Try checking your aperture ring on your lens- that happened to me a few times with my D70 and I had accidentally twisted the aperture ring off of where it should be and once I fixed it, it worked - good luck!

call Nikon or take it in to camera store, hope its fixable, i have same camera eek
